The Canadian Bar Association (Pension and Benefits Law Section) and the American Bar Association (Joint Committee on Employee Benefits), together with the International Pension and Employee Benefits Lawyers Association are proud to announce a joint conference, to be held in Boston, USA, June 10-12, 2018. Save this date!
This two-day session will deal in-depth with legal issues concerning pensions and benefits in the context of a changing global environment. It will provide educational and networking possibilities for lawyers from all countries, with attendees encouraged to actively participate in discussions and presentations on various topics. Also, Canadian and U.S. lawyers will be able to receive continuing legal education credits.

If you are an ABA or IPEBLA member, you can click REGISTER NOW and register for the conference on line by creating a “Non-Member CBA Account” (you will not need to become a CBA member, still receive an ABA or IPEBLA member rate and have online access to conference material). If you are an ABA or IPEBLA member and do not wish to proceed with on-line registration, please print, complete and send (by fax or mail) the PDF Registration Form.

Cancellation Policy: There will be a 20% administrative charge for any cancellation received at the CBA National Office in writing prior to May 11, 2018. No refund will be given after May 11, 2018. All optional event payments are non-refundable. There will be no refunds for "no-show" registrants.
