Update on International Climate Change Law and Carbon Markets



Laws and policies related to climate change are constantly evolving. Lawyers who practice in the areas of environmental and corporate law need to keep abreast of the latest developments related to the emerging field of environmental finance and carbon markets.
 
This webinar will provide an update on the 22nd Conference of the Parties (CoP22) of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). It will also examine the prospects for an emissions trading market, with particular emphasis on North American jurisdictions and their potential for collaboration.
