Introduction to Pension Law
The webinar will provide an introduction and general overview of pension law to lawyers who do not typically practice in the area or who are just beginning to practice in the area. The webinar will describe some of the key topics affecting pension law in jurisdictions across Canada and will focus on general principles relating to pension plans in Canada.
