Synopsis
Joven Narwal will be speaking on both the legal and practical considerations when there are parallel criminal and workplace investigations.

Speaker Bio
Joven is the founding partner of Narwal Litigation LLP. His practice is devoted to complex and serious cases where liberty and reputation are at stake, primarily in areas such as criminal litigation, securities litigation and professional discipline. He is regularly retained by corporate entities and institutions to provide preventative advice on effective compliance procedures designed to reduce expose to regulatory prosecution, and on obligations in responding to warrants, judicial authorizations and other law enforcement requests for information. He is also frequently retained at the investigation stage, and has much experience conducting internal investigations on behalf of both private and public companies.
