Glenn Wright, one of the lawyers representing a group that filed the first climate litigation action in Saskatchewan in March 2023, will talk briefly about growing climate litigation globally, causation, attribution science, and potential liability. Glenn will also talk about the Saskatchewan action and compare the theory of the case with other climate litigation that is more advanced in Canada.
