OBA Session

Whether you work in a court-based or solicitor practice, you know that the current delays in civil matters are having an enormous impact on clients and their interests. As Chief Justice Morawetz stated at the Opening of the Courts in October 2022, the “current situation cannot continue.”   

On June 19 and June 28, the OBA will gather its innovative community to develop practical, targeted solutions to address the court backlog problem. Take part in this interactive event by contributing to a "lightning round" solution brainstorming session, followed by a review of the top ideas with a small “jury” of experienced policy and legal experts.
