Bill C-78 will amend and modernize the Divorce Act. Definitions of custody and custody orders will be replaced with new parenting terminology that focuses on decision-making responsibility regarding a child’s education and significant extra-curricular activities. Our faculty will help you understand current and new issues regarding custody reform in the context of schools. Come prepared to ask questions and gain the insight needed for staying ahead of changes to the Divorce Act.
