Our Annual Conference is back again, focusing this year on what is new and relevant to your practice. You will get up to speed on recent decisions, litigation, legislation and policy. You will be involved in an interactive workshop where scenarios involving issues such as return to work, accommodation, expert evidence, issue estoppel and abuse of process will be debated and discussed. Our experienced faculty will also guide you through the legal decisions and legislative changes in other areas of the law that intersect and affect workplace safety and insurance law. A panel of WSIAT Vice-Chairs and WSIB Appeal Resolution Officers will navigate ethical issues that arise at both bodies.
