In November 2017, electronic filing of certain documents in civil litigation matters was introduced in Ontario. Since that time, the civil e-filing service has expanded across the province, and the capabilities of the service will be further expanding in the coming days to accommodate the filing of most claims, defences and certain forms.

Join staff from the Ministry of the Attorney General and members of the OBA for an informative primer on the use of the e-filing tool, and important tips from lawyers who have used the system in real practice settings. The first segment of this webinar will involve staff from MAG walking you through the system, with a special emphasis on the new tools being introduced in late May 2018. During the second segment, OBA members will provide useful tips for utilizing the system. There will be opportunities during this webinar to pose questions directly to the speakers.
