OBA YOUNG LAWYERS DIVISION PROGRAM | Original Program Date: February 10, 2017
Work life balance involves a tradeoff between your career demands and aspirations and your commitments and interests outside of the office. While each person may approach the exercise differently, the challenge of achieving work life balance is common among many professionals. Join a panel of lawyers who have been successful in work and in life to discuss the following big questions:
- How do you define work life balance and is it a realistic and/or attainable goal?
- Can you achieve sustainable success in either work or life without work life balance?
- What strategies do you use to achieve sustainable success in your personal and professional lives?
- Do you have any suggestions for young lawyers as they look to develop their own work life balance?
