Associate’s Business Plan and Personal Goal Setting
Young Lawyers Division
Original Program Date: February 3, 2016
As Benjamin Franklin once said, “If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail!” Like in many facets of life, developing a personal and business plan is an important element to forging a successful path in your career. Although the form and content of the plan may vary from one professional to another, it is nevertheless important to identify what you want your career to become (and how you plan to get there), and to reflect upon your past efforts to understand which strategies have been successful (and which ones should be discarded).
View a panel of legal consultants and successful young lawyers with a cross-section of practice experience to discuss how to develop an associate’s personal and business plan, and to gain insights into how you can plan for your professional success.
