Young lawyers at times may not have all the answers immediately available to address client concerns, and worry about eroding client confidence, or worse, risk losing the client entirely. Designed to give young solicitors and litigators effective strategies to confidently communicate with clients and set appropriate expectations for the solicitor-client relationship. Timothy J. Thomas ofPerley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall LLP and Ray Leclair from LawPro will advise young lawyers how to give or avoid giving advice when they don’t immediately know the answers without affecting the solicitor-client relationship.
