Lawyers in general practice law frequently encounter tax law issues which can be overlooked, referred to an accountant or misdiagnosed entirely. This can result in CRA audits, myriad additional problems for clients and even litigation. This program is designed to help lawyers in general practice identify these issues and provide their clients with appropriate guidance and advice in order to proactively prevent or neutralize these issues before they are escalated.
