This is the archived version of a program presented on May 28, 2013. 

This program will provide an introduction to mining and energy practice from the perspectives of practitioners in private practice, government and industry. Topics include an overview of relevant regulatory regimes in the energy sector, financing practice points for listed issuers and mining property issues. This program will give an excellent introduction for new lawyers in the field as well as an opportunity for experienced lawyers to revisit some fundamentals in mining and energy.
