Building on her session “Knowing What You Need is Half the Battle,” Britt Lorish will share her knowledge about how to improve your practice with the assistance of technology. She will elaborate on why firms benefit from (and arguably need) certain technology, when to implement it, how to implement it, and the return on investment of becoming technology-literate.
