In light of the downward trend in global cartel enforcement and Bureau initiatives to address domestic conduct, can we expect more local cartel cases? This session will explore key considerations in the context of renewed focus on domestic criminal investigations and address takeaways from recent domestic investigations and trials. Our panelists will also address the expanded scope of criminal enforcement in light of recent domestic cases and the revised Competitor Collaboration Guidelines.
