Join senior management and officers from the Competition Bureau’s Monopolistic Practices Directorate (MPD) for an interactive discussion on recent Bureau enforcement and policy updates relating to the reviewable practices provisions of the Competition Act.

The first panel will focus in on an overview of key enforcement decisions, statistics related to MPD’s activities, a discussion of the mechanics of an abuse of dominance investigation, and a look ahead at certain priorities. The second panel will see MPD provide an overview of the key changes to the Draft Abuse of Dominance Guidelines and invite the Bar to provide further comments and discussion.
