The CBA Competition Law Section’s Mergers Committee is pleased to host contributors to the Competition Bureau’s efficiencies paper, scheduled to be released in March 2018. The panel will present the paper, and provide background and commentary on the Bureau’s evolving approach to efficiencies analyses. The panel will then open the floor to questions. The panel encourages you to not hold back!
