Our panelists will discuss their experiences on a variety of secondments, and touch on topics including:
- Pros and cons of choosing a secondment and how to determine when it would be most beneficial to your career
- Whether the “revolving door” is or should be a growing option in Canada
- How to develop support for a secondment from the home office (or, when to quit your job and make a move anyway)
- How to capitalize on your experience upon your return
The panel will be followed by a networking reception.
