The following online course introduces and summarizes a wide body of law. An awareness of ethics and professional responsibilty is of the utmost importance for every member of the legal profession in British Columbia.
Due to its primacy as the governing document on ethics and professional responsibility in British Columbia, the course materials will organize and approach the subject matter in the manner set out in the BC code.
Through a variety of test questions and interactive video scenarios, this module will introduce and cover the history of ethics and professional responsibility. In addition, it will also present sources of ethics and professional responsibility and cover the role of organizations.
