Synopsis
David Curtis and Michael Williams present on common contractual provisions that are engaged during construction related disputes and common categories of damages arising from those disputes.
About the Speakers
David Curtis is a litigation and dispute resolution partner at Faskens and maintains a practice focused exclusively on the construction industry. He is a Fellow with the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers and is recognized as a leading construction lawyer by various ranking agencies.
Michael Williams is senior counsel at Clyde & Co. (Vancouver) with a practice in construction and commercial litigation, as well as construction solicitor work. He has acted as counsel in all levels of British Columbia courts, as well as in administrative proceedings, arbitrations and mediations.
