Synopsis
Johanna Goosen and Rachel Warner touch on key cases that any administrative law lawyer should know. They address both older and foundational Supreme Court of Canada and Court of Appeal cases, as well as good, recent application of those cases.
Johanna and Rachel cover all the basics like standard of review, application of the reasonable standard, application of the patently unreasonable standard, new issues on judicial review, new evidence on judicial review/the record, prematurity, mootness, delay, identifying the decision subject to review, and much more.
