Canadian companies operating abroad are facing ever increasing corporate social responsibility (CSR) obligations, and are challenged in their current practices for managing the legal and business implications resulting from those obligations. This moderated session will introduce discussions from various viewpoints as to how companies doing business in jurisdictions around the world can implement effective CSR programs.
