Come explore pre-litigation issues as we discuss applicable access to information legislation for health and other personal information, fee schedules and expected timelines for access.  We will also discuss privacy issues arising from personal injury litigation such as the general rules for collecting, using, and disclosing personal information, surveillance of plaintiffs/claimants and working with third party contractors like IME professionals.
