The question of whether the liability of corporations should extend to their directors frequently arises in litigation involving corporations. This is particularly the case for private corporations that are controlled by few people. Come hear from counsel on the relatively recent Swanby v Tru-Square Homes Ltd. case, where the Court of Appeal weighed in on this issue.
