Ethics on the Move: Career Changes and the Code of Conduct

We’ll discuss the Code of Conduct in connection with the practice of in-house counsel with a focus on ethical considerations in transition.  There can be important code implications as we move in-house, move to a new role, move from a legal role to a business role, and in our day to day practice as internal counsel.
