Chantal Bernier, former head of the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) and current Co-Chair of Dentons’ Global Privacy and Cybersecurity Group will offer practical next steps for preparing your breach response for cybersecurity situations.
This presentation will provide a description of the law on breach response, the Privacy Commissioners’ expectations in that regard and the step-by-step implementation of the legal obligations to meet the regulators expectations, as well as minimize risk.
