Description :
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused unprecedented challenges and disruptions on a global scale. While the public health crisis has impacted the workforce at large, the current climate stands to exacerbate health issues among attorneys, who already struggle with higher-than-average rates of anxiety, depression, and addiction. This presentation will examine the post-COVID legal landscape and the impact of chronic stress on professional competence and well-being. The discussion will include an overview of psychological, behavioral, and physiological symptoms of burnout, as well as practical tips and coping strategies attorneys can employ to proactively manage their emotional well-being. The presentation will conclude with a Q&A session.
