Retirement and Succession Planning for Lawyers

Description

As lawyers approach the later stages of their careers, planning for retirement and the eventual succession of their practice can feel daunting. However, early and thoughtful planning can transform this process into a rewarding transition. This webinar provides lawyers with the tools and insights to seize this opportunity to shape a fulfilling and purposeful next chapter.

Retirement Coach Tammy Vigue will guide participants through a three-step process designed to help lawyers create a positive and meaningful vision for their retirement. Participants will discover how to replace the sense of purpose, structure, and identity that work provides by using their strengths, values, and interests to build a fulfilling post-career life.

Coach Allison Wolf will focus on providing actionable steps to begin planning the succession of your legal practice. By assessing your client portfolio, identifying successors, and establishing a clear transition plan, you can ensure the smooth continuation of client relationships and the long-term success of your firm. Succession planning, when approached with foresight, not only preserves your professional legacy but also sets you up for a successful retirement.

Join us to explore how to balance personal and professional aspirations as you plan your transition from practice to retirement.
