Trust is the basis of any relationship worth having, including those you have with clients.

While a lawyer may be an authority within his or her areas of practice, a client is the expert on their issues of concern. Finding a balance is where trust is earned. Managing expectations is how trust is maintained and nurturing a trusting relationship enables it to grow.

Our speakers will provide practical tips for building and maintaining client trust, from establishing reasonable expectations early in the relationship to encouraging feedback from clients. They will also examine the importance of understanding the relationship from the client’s perspective.
