The CBA Competition Law and Foreign Investment Review Section’s Criminal Matters Committee presents:

The Town Hall serves as a forum in which members of the Canadian competition law bar conduct a frank and informal discussion about issues of importance to them relating to criminal enforcement under the Competition Act. It also serves to advance ideas for topics or specific questions to be raised at the Roundtable with the Competition Bureau later in Spring 2025. In particular, the Town Hall will serve as a forum to prepare a list of topics that will be submitted to the Cartels Directorate to consider in advance of the Roundtable.
