The CBA Competition Law Section’s Spring Conference graces the dynamic city of Montreal for one of the most anticipated conferences of the year. The iconic Hotel Nelligan in Old Montreal will host legal luminaries, business leaders and competition lawyers from across Canada for an exploration of hot topics in competition law today.

This half-day program directly follows the CBA Competition Law Spring Conference and is free to CBA Competition Law Section members, Section Affiliates and members of the Competition Bureau. Cancellation Policy
There will be a 20% administrative charge for any cancellation received in writing prior to April 2, 2024. No refund will be given after April 2, 2024. There will be no refunds for “no-show” registrants.
