Update on Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal Practice and Procedure
The webinar will be a dynamic Q&A where a member of the Bar will ask questions to a panel of judges and associates judges of the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal on a variety of topics related to the Courts’ respective procedure and practice, including the Courts’ jurisdiction, e-filing, tips and tricks on effective advocacy before the Courts both in writing and orally, vexatious litigants, interventions, confidentiality and publication ban orders.
