Intersectionality and Women in the Legal Profession

To celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women, the CBA is hosting a panel of lawyers who will address women's experience with intersectionality - how their interconnected identities of gender, race, 2SLGBTQIA+ identity, and disability impact and contribute to their careers as legal professionals. This seminar is designed to improve lawyers' understanding of intersectionality, broaden the lens of inclusion in the legal profession, and provide takeaways on how individuals and organizations in the legal profession can embed intersectionality into workplace culture, systems, equity initiatives and individual daily actions.
