Pension and Benefit Damages in Wrongful Dismissal Cases
How should pension and benefit damages be valued in wrongful dismissal cases? Our speakers will discuss how different kinds of employee benefits have been assessed by courts, including DB and DC pensions, savings, group health and disability benefits. This program will also address how contracts can be drafted to give greater certainty to damage awards, as well as considerations in structuring settlements.
