Mediation Case Law Update
Dr. Jennifer L. Schulz, a professor at the University of Manitoba Faculty of Law and an accredited mediator, will offer guidance on how to choose the right mediator and take participants on a guided tour of key Canadian and international cases affecting the process and practice of mediation, among other topics critical to effective mediation.
