A combination of geopolitical factors and the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in notable changes to the global national security screening landscape in the last 12 months. This panel – featuring practitioners from the key jurisdictions of the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia – will discuss these recent developments, as well as general trends in inter-jurisdictional cooperation, procedural transparency and the expanding definition of critical goods, services and infrastructure.
