Managing Stress & Coping with Stress


The last few months have been incredibly stressful for many people mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. As we all experience and respond to stress differently, there are also many different strategies to consider as we learn about ourselves and how we can best manage our stress. In this session, we will discuss different methods to help us manage stress and develop resiliency through challenges in life.

Pooja Chugh

Pooja Chugh is currently an articling student at Field Law LLP in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories and pursuing a practice in health law and civil litigation. Pooja completed her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sussex in Brighton, United Kingdom. Prior to law school, Pooja obtained a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences (Neurology) from the University of Toronto. She is also a certified fitness instructor and nutritional therapist and is deeply passionate about helping people improve mental and physical well-being.
