Since March, 2020, organizations have had to adapt to the many challenges presented by the pandemic and this has included consideration of a variety of corporate governance issues. Corporate counsel have been at the forefront in responding to these new (and in many cases unprecedented) issues by having to advise their organizations on what they must, can or should do in particular situations.
