This program presents a rare opportunity to hear from the executives of all three CASL enforcement agencies. The Director, Electronic Commerce Enforcement from the CRTC, Legal Counsel from the Office of the Privacy Commissioner, and the Assistant Deputy Commissioner of Competition (Montreal office) from the Competition Bureau will discuss updates and enforcement for their respective programs, and address areas where they collaborate on CASL issues. Join us for this unique learning event, where the following topics will be discussed:

- Updates in regulation and enforcement from the Agencies
