Dec. 7, 2023
Online

The CBA Competition Law and Foreign Investment Review Section’s Marketing Practices Committee, the ABA Pricing Conduct Committee and the ABA Antitrust Law Section's International Comments and Policy Committee, the Consumer Protection Committee, and the Advertising Disputes and Litigation Committee present:

Drip Pricing & Junk Fees: All Wet, or a Serious Antitrust & Consumer Protection Issue?

December 7, 2023 | 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Eastern
Online (Zoom)

If there is, what is the practical answer?
