Please join the Foreign Investment Review Committee of the CBA Competition Law and Foreign Investment Review Section for the annual town hall meeting with representatives from the Investment Review Division and Cultural Sector Investment Review.

Our distinguished speakers will speak about recent activities and events relating to foreign investment in cultural and other sectors, including national security and the proposed amendments to the Investment Canada Act pursuant to Bill C-34.  The session will feature presentations by our speakers with a discussion to follow, in which FIRC members are invited to ask questions and speak to their experience guiding clients through the various ICA processes.
