Honouree: The Right Honourable Beverley McLachlin
The CBA Intellectual Property Section is going online this spring for a special celebration of a retiring member of the Court who has made significant contributions to intellectual property law in Canada during their distinguished career. This year, we are pleased to pay tribute to retired Chief Justice Beverly McLachlin for her extraordinary contributions to the substance and practice of IP law in Canada.
This is a unique opportunity for junior and senior members of the bar to meet and mingle virtually with judges of the Federal Court of Appeal and Federal Courts in small groups.
Registration for the CBA Virtual Federal Courts Judges’ “Dinner” includes a wine glass gift, which will be shipped to participants. By providing an appropriate mailing address in the comments box, you are confirming your desire to receive your gift at the specified address.
Limited quantities are available. Register by May 15, 2021 for the best chance to ensure your gift is received prior to the event on May 27. Registrations received after this date will receive their gift within 10 business days.
