This panel will review past and present experiences of persons involved in the development of UNDRIP adoption legislation in British Columbia and the current status of implementing the legislation, and discuss what Bill C-15, and other potential legislation at the Provincial/Territorial level, could mean for the implementation of UNDRIP in Canada and the harmonization of laws with the Declaration.
