Defensive patent licensing platforms offer strategic solutions to safeguard businesses from patent litigation risk while fostering collaboration and monetization. Sam Wiley, LOT Network, and Scott Foster, Seastone IP, discuss patent litigation in general and provide an overview of three key defensive patent licensing platforms: RPX, LOT Network, and Open Innovation Network.
