Synopsis
While the legal market has been evolving at an accelerating pace for years, response to the global pandemic has proven false the notion that change is difficult and slow. When push comes to shove, change happens easily and fast.
This is when solo and small law firm traits of responsiveness, agility, and speed are advantageous – both to clients and lawyers – and thriving rather than simply surviving is a fully achievable goal.
On April 21, 2021, Heather Suttie (heathersuttie.ca), a legal marketing & business development consultant, will present on practical strategies and tactical tips to:
- Define your market position – differentiating traits + unique brand = niche
- Determine a sensible budget – how to spend it and what to watch out for
These foundational features will help you develop an executable yet flexible marketing and business development plan that will serve you and your targeted clientele well, now and in the future.
It will be an interactive meeting so bring your questions for Heather.
