ABOUT OUR SPEAKER
Amy Binder is a lawyer and certified executive coach. She earned her law degree at Dalhousie University, her graduate degree in legal education at Osgoode Hall Law School and her Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching at Royal Roads University.
Amy runs Nudgeable Coaching & Consulting, where she partners directly with lawyers and law firms on employee engagement projects and as a leadership coach. When working with lawyers, Amy recognizes the importance of combining theory with practice and focuses on the mutually beneficial objectives of professional performance and human flourishing. She helps lawyers find simple and practical ways to shift their behaviour and leverage their existing strengths and inclinations. Most recently, Amy put theory into practice in the context of big law, having spent over a decade in the trenches, supporting lawyers' development, progression, engagement and performance.
