This second session focuses on best practices and pitfalls to avoid in interviewing parties and witnesses. Our experts will walk you through scheduling interviews, framing questions strategically, and conducting interviews in a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive manner. Plus, you’ll get up to speed on recording or documenting interview evidence, how to handle difficult witnesses and assessing credibility.
