In 2022, the Ontario Bar Association released a landmark report highlighting the reality that mediators and arbitrators often do not reflect the populations they serve and proposing recommendations for improvement. This year, join our outstanding faculty to continue the conversation and learn how you can help improve the diversity of neutrals.

Our expert panelists will provide practical advice to assist you in adopting the recommendations within the report, and taking important steps towards enhancing neutral diversity in Ontario.

Following an initial presentation, attendees will participate in small group discussions guided by our outstanding faculty. Registrants are invited to come prepared with questions and ideas for discussion.
