At this timely program, our expert faculty will provide insights and practical tips on how to counsel your clients before, during and after a cyber event including:
- Understanding the steps that a corporation can take to prevent or prepare in the event of a cyber breach;
- Your obligations before and in the event of a cyber breach and claims that can arise as a result of a breach;
- Actions that you need to take in the event of a cyber breach and where to go for assistance; and
- How to prosecute a class action or defend a claim brought by client/customers.
